Accessibility pricing and reimbursement policies<\/h1>\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Pricing and possible discounts for families or children with special needs and our reimbursement policy<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n

Pricing policy – Camp Claret du lac Elgin 202<\/strong>6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are three types of rates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard rate:<\/strong> The basic rate for 6- or 12-day stays, as posted on the Camp Claret website and on Qidigo, our registration platform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Family discount:<\/strong> As most of our clientele consists of brothers and sisters, we prefer to offer reasonable prices to all our campers. There is no discount for two children in the same family; however, from the 3rd child on, there is a discount of 10% starting at the child. This fee applies automatically when you register online.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For our community : <\/strong>permanent resident from Stratford will automatically receive a 25% discount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reductions to facilitate accessibility:<\/u><\/strong> for inclusiveness and accessibility<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special rate facilitating access for a young person in need of individual support (with special needs)<\/strong><\/td>Special rate to encourage access based on family incomes<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
Discount : 25% off standard rate.<\/td>Discount : 25% off standard rate.<\/td><\/tr>
If your child requires additional supervision, we invite you to contact us before registering by filling out the form below. Our staff will contact you to schedule a meeting so that we can evaluate and plan your child’s stay to ensure that he or she achieves success, is well cared for and successfully integrates into his or her team during his or her stay at Camp Claret. Our experienced team will ensure a positive, quality experience for all our campers, including those with special needs.<\/td>The procedure for accessing this reduction is as follows: – Make sure you have proof of income (last notice of assessment, notice of allowance or claim booklet).- Complete the application form below.- Once we’ve assessed your request, we’ll get back to you within days with a decision on your application and proceed with registration.- It is also possible to obtain an additional discount through various organizations or foundations.  <\/td><\/tr>

As part of the PAFACV program (Programme d’assistance financi\u00e8re \u00e0 l’accessibilit\u00e9 aux camps de vacances) subsidized by the Minist\u00e8re de l’\u00c9ducation, du Loisir et du Sport (MELS), less affluent families who, without this program, would not be able to afford a vacation away from home during the summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reimbursement policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Upon cancellation, it is important to contact the office. The fees are fully refundable, prior to 24 hours of the beginning of the stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a child has to leave the camp during his or her stay, the cost of the session fees for the days following departure will be reimbursed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
