Coming to Camp Claret is an ideal opportunity for boys 7 to 11 years of age to get to make good friends, live in a totally French environment and therefore practice their French language skills, have fun and live fully their life as a child. Their days are filled with exciting activities and the well-prepared evening programs are a delightful way to end a well spent day.

The key to happy campers is treating them with respect; giving them a sense of positive power in their own lives; giving them opportunities to make decisions, take responsibility for their actions, and learn from their successes and mistakes.

DYNAMIC
The boys are always busy! They are running, swimming, jumping, and singing all day long and moving from one end of the camp to the other. For the Jean-Rieurs, happiness spells being active from morning to night!

POSITIVE
Boys 7 to 11 are enthusiastic and full of life. They have a positive outlook and can be easily motivated by their counselors.

SECURE
The counselors are there to support and guide each camper. Our ratio is 1 adult for every 4 campers.

IMAGINARY
Children are creative and their imagination has no bounds: Our evening program nurtures to this need of the child in an exceptional way.
