COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

In order to register your child at Camp Claret, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address and telephone number as well as the name, gender and date of birth of your child.  We also need the names of 2 persons with whom we can communicate in case of an emergency.  Finally, the data collected on the child’s health remains confidential and is used by Camp Claret’s medical staff only.

The personal information we collect is collected on the platform of our registration partner Qidigo (https://www.qidigo.com/u/Le-Camp-Claret-du-lac-Elgin/activities/session). The information required to create your account on the platform is the responsibility of Qidigo. 

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICIES

This Policy relates only to Camp Claret’s use and disclosure of information. The third-party websites that can be accessed from our website have their own privacy policies and their own practices relating to the collection, use and disclosure of information.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Strict security measures are in place to respect the archiving and disclosure of the information you have transmitted to us in order to prevent unauthorized access.

The personal information we collect is stored in a secure environment. People working for us are required to respect the confidentiality of your information. We will retain this data for as long as you are a customer of ours. Otherwise, we will keep this data confidential for 2 years. We will then delete the history of your personal data.

Obligations of the director :
