Pricing policy – Camp Claret du lac Elgin 2025

There are three types of rates:

Standard rate: The basic rate for 6- or 12-day stays, as posted on the Camp Claret website and on Qidigo, our registration platform. 

Family discount: As most of our clientele consists of brothers and sisters, we prefer to offer reasonable prices to all our campers. There is no discount for two children in the same family; however, from the 3rd child on, there is only one registration fee of $75 for the family. This fee applies automatically when you register online.

If your child requires additional supervision, we invite you to contact us before registering by filling out the form below. Our staff will contact you to schedule a meeting so that we can evaluate and plan your child’s stay to ensure that he or she achieves success, is well cared for and successfully integrates into his or her team during his or her stay at Camp Claret. Our experienced team will ensure a positive, quality experience for all our campers, including those with special needs.The procedure for accessing this reduction is as follows: – Make sure you have proof of income (last notice of assessment, notice of allowance or claim booklet).- Complete the application form below.- Once we’ve assessed your request, we’ll get back to you within days with a decision on your application and proceed with registration.- It is also possible to obtain an additional discount through various organizations or foundations.

As part of the PAFACV program (Programme d’assistance financière à l’accessibilité aux camps de vacances) subsidized by the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport (MELS), less affluent families who, without this program, would not be able to afford a vacation away from home during the summer.

Reimbursement policy

Upon cancellation, it is important to contact the office. The registration fees of $75 + taxes are non-refundable.

A few days before the stay, the camp can reimburse the session fees in the event of illness, on presentation of a medical certificate.

If a child has to leave the camp during his or her stay, the cost of the session fees for the days following departure will be reimbursed.
